Hi Everyone!
These pictures are for the Skippy fans. Or, anyone else that loves to
see scarce pedal cars.
This is a 1930's Fully skirted , electric, sprung Skippy Packard.
I have never seen another, no seen it in a catalog. The only advertisement I
have seen is the one below.
